Definitions

Intellectual Property
All texts, general images, product images, logos, multimedia, trade symbols and any other content available on the Site are the property of the Merchant.

The User may copy, download and distribute the content of the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The User has the right to use the content of the Site for commercial purposes only after receiving written permission from the Merchant, which explicitly states what content can be used and the time for which it can be used. Any different use of the content will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights.
When purchasing products, the Buyer does not acquire rights to the content of the Site, which is related to the purchased products.
Links to the Site are permitted only by other sites whose content is not racist, discriminatory, offensive, harmful or obscene.

In case of loss of the original information, the Buyer undertakes to request from the Merchant a copy of the original information, which is provided to him electronically. The Buyer is obliged to attach it to the products he resells.
