The product I want to buy is no longer available. Is there still an opportunity to order?
All our products are available in a single piece. If you like a product that is out of stock, you can email us an inquiry; in the inquiry put a link to the product in question. We will check if we have a professional who can knit it. If possible, your product will be deliberately visible with the original to ensure that everything we knit is 100% unique. The difference in question can be agreed by mail (color, motif or knit).

I want to order more than one product. But I still haven't decided on the others. Can I keep the product while I choose the others so that I can only pay for one delivery?
We are unable to offer a save service at this time. You can place several separate orders as soon as you choose your products so that you can be sure that they are yours. When placing each order, send us an email toto inform us that your order is not the last. After you confirm the last order, we will combine your orders into one, we will take the lowest delivery price of all orders as the price for the total package, and we will return the rest of the delivery money to you.
We advise you to send an inquiry early enough before we send the order. After sending the order, we could not combine it with other orders.
